PVC Processing Aids are acrylic-based polymers and it helps make PVC processing easier and more consistent. It is improve the surface finish and gloss in finished products. It help s improve the processing of PVC formulation while maintaining color and clarity of PVC products. It improves melt homogenity and also increase melt strength, elasticity, elongation and accelarate fusion rate. Processing Aids are decrease processing temperature, reduce production stoppages and it means energy-saving for the producers. 

Processing aids enable the melt processing of rigid PVC and enlarge its processing windows.

Processing aids can be used in injection, window and door profileextrusions,packaging industry, PVC foam applications, sheet productions, technical profile,thermoforming applications.

Variety of Processing Aids depends on different molecular weight. And they classified as low, medium, high, ultra high.
